Standard Delivery to the United Kingdom

£4.95 for standard UK delivery with Royal Mail.
This is the total cost of delivery, regardless of how many items you order. Orders are dispatched either on the same working day or the following working day and may take up to 5 days to arrive once despatched.

Next Day Delivery - (Excludes Sale Items)

£6.95 for next day delivery.

Please note this service is available Monday - Thursday before 2pm.

Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed after 2pm on Thursday will be posted Friday to receive on Monday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be posted Monday to be received on Tuesday.

Liquorice Kids do not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location you deem as a “safe place” such as in the shed, garage or with a neighbour, we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel. 

Europe and the Rest of the World

Flat rate delivery to Europe - £15.95
Rest of the World - £19.95

Delivery includes packaging, handling and delivery costs. Please note that any customs charges for international deliveries are the responsibility of the customer. Parcel's returned to us due non-payment of import taxes and duties will be refunded minus any delivery costs incurred by us. 

Please note due to customs delays we no longer ship to Saudi Arabia. 

Collect From Store

We offer a free collect from store option. Please select 'Store Collection' at checkout.  We are open Monday - Saturday 10-4 for collections.


Personalised items cannot be returned. 

Our policy: In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. For goods bought in-store please return the unused goods to us with the original till receipt within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note. 

Items bought via the website may be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. For items returned between 14 and 28 days from receipt an e-voucher will be issued. Please use the delivery returns note included in your parcel. No refunds will be given on postage.

Items received after 28 days will be returned directly to the customer and no refund or credit will be issued.

We would love to offer free returns, however, as a small business, we are unable to offer free returns labels or prepaid labels. The buyer will be responsible for all return postal charges. When returning an item, it is recommended that you use a tracked service as we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the post. The item/s remain your responsibility until they reach us.  

Your confirmation email may not be an acceptance of your order, we reserve the right to cancel an order up to the point of delivery.

Whilst returns are usually processed in a timely manner, please allow up to 10 working days for funds to appear in your bank account. If you have not received it after this time please email and we will investigate. 

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges due to fluctuating stock levels. If you wish to swap for another size, please order the revised size and return the original size for a full refund. 

Faulty Items

Customers are entitled to a full refund up to 30 days after receiving the goods if they turn out to be faulty. Any item(s) where a fault has been caused due to customers negligence, such as, but not limited to, pulls from wear or not following the care instructions, we will not be held responsible. Only manufacturing faults will be considered.

Delivery costs will also be refunded where you have paid for the service or where an “Express”-type service has been selected as per your requirements in which case the standard cost of delivery will apply.

Please contact us via email or, if urgent, call us on 020883035488. Please provide your Order Number (begins #) as well as much information as you can regarding the fault, including images  to enable us to advise you quickly and correctly the best method for resolution.

We will contact you in writing to confirm the next actionable steps within 3 working days.

 Your legal rights: When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
